Project 6: Anti-Racism

As an inclusive excellence fellow I was tasked with furthering and creating anti-racist initiatives at Swarthmore College:
Community Conversations are common ways of engaging with students, faculty at staff on campus. In furthering previous discussions conducted by the Inclusive Excellence Team, I hosted a conversation in hopes of reflecting on the racial climate at Swarthmore and freedom dreaming of a more diverse, equitable and inclusive campus.
As a fairly new office, the Inclusive Excellence team needed a centralized website where community members could learn about and stay updated with our past and current initiatives. I helped to create a layout for this website and included ways to center anti-racism as individuals and as a community.
